EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Second thoughts?  No dramas. Within 7 days of purchase you can exchange your item for another búl piece, or a credit note, providing the garment is unused, has the original tags attached and you provide the original receipt.
If the piece you now want costs less than your original choice, we'll give you a credit note for the difference.  

There is no exchange on SALE items.
Credit notes are valid for 3 months from date of issue

búl strongly suggest that you use Australia Post registered mail as we cant exchange or credit if it doesn't arrive back to us.

SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10.50 via Australia Post Express Post with an expected delivery of 1 - 3 days.

International Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $39 via Registered Airmail with an expected delivery of 7 – 14 days.

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.  

Shipping is not covered by insurance.
